All items (women’s, men’s, and children’s embroidered shirts) purchased from our store “Sonyakh” are eligible for exchange or return WITHOUT PROVIDING A REASON, writing a request, or submitting passport details.
This is possible under the following conditions: the item has NOT been used, is in PROPER condition, the purchase receipt or confirmation is available, and all tags/labels/price stickers are intact.
Within 14 days of purchase, our customers may return or exchange items at the following address:
Vinnytsia, Khmelnytske Highway, 114V, Shopping Center “The Mall”, store “Sonyakh”
Store hours: daily from 10:00 to 20:00, without breaks or days off
You may also exchange or return an item by sending it to us via Nova Poshta.

If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, all shipping costs are covered by our store. In other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once we receive the parcel, our store manager will contact you within 1–2 days to confirm the details of the exchange or return.
Refunds are processed within 14 banking days (the timeframe depends on the payment method used).
If you prefer to bring the return in person, please notify us in advance so we can prepare the cash refund.
